A set of 4 separate 100 mM solutions (dATP, dGTP, dCTP, dTTP). Each tube contains 25 µmol (250 µl) of the corresponding dNTP.

The desoxynucleotide solutions have a purity of > 98 % and are functionally tested by real-time amplification of 30 kb DNA fragments.
