As a first step, your application documents will be carefully screened by our human resources team and the responsible department. After a pre-selection, the remaining candidates will be invited to a personal interview. At this stage, the applicant has the opportunity to highlight his own qualifications and experiences as well as to learn more about Analytik Jena as potential new employer. Finally, the selection process will be completed with a second interview. Here, last details will be discussed and the conversation may lead to actual job offer.
